RxE2 is a growing company with an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager. The successful candidate will direct the implementation, execution, and completion of assigned projects for pharmacy-based clinical trial operations.
In this role, the Program Manager manages project start-up, scheduled reporting, supports operational execution, and serves as a liaison between clients and internal teams. The program manager also sets goals, organizes, implements, and monitors the continued success of each program in accordance with accepted professional standards, applicable laws, regulatory compliance, and policies of RxE2.
The program manager may supervise a team of direct reports, and will lead in their hiring, training, management, and evaluation. The program manager reports directly to the chief pharmacy officer and works closely with internal teams to support program execution.
This position is remote, and the program manager shall possess a willingness and desire to work independently without significant supervision. Additionally, this position may require limited travel.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Directs the planning, launch, and implementation of assigned programs
- Oversees the entire service delivery life cycle from program setup through program execution with service delivery to growth and scale
- Composes weekly and final reports for clients and partners; hosts virtual client and partner meetings including project kick-off meetings
- Supports governance structures including operational reviews, portfolio meetings, and business reviews
- Develops strong relationships with and responds to the needs of clients and partners
- Assists with engaging pharmacies on an ongoing basis to perform contracted services and ensure goals are met
- Engages with clinical sites to support service delivery and ensure goals are met Works with quality assurance to develop or revise SOPs and controlled documents
- Collaborates with operations team to develop methodologies, tools, and practices that support operations and clinical services
- Complies with RxE2 SOPs and policies, as well as federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including GCP and HIPAA.
Performs other duties as requested by the chief pharmacy officer
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or healthcare-related discipline
Experience
- 2–4 years in clinical research, healthcare operations, pharmacy operations, or regulated environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
- Experience working in a technological environment preferred

- Remote collaboration: Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment, with proficiency in virtual communication tools and a proactive approach to staying connected with distributed teams
