RxE2 is a growing company with an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Services Coordinator. The successful candidate will assist RxE2 pharmacy services and pharmacy-based clinical trial operations, including supporting pharmacy onboarding and study-related operational workflows.
In this role, the Pharmacy Services Coordinator serves as an operational point for RxE2 pharmacy services and works to ensure timely and accurate execution of pharmacy related activities. The Pharmacy Services Coordinator reports directly to the Pharmacy Services Director and works closely with internal teams to support pharmacy execution.
This position is remote, and the pharmacy services manager shall possess a willingness and desire to work independently without significant supervision. Additionally, this position may require limited travel.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs high-level organizational support to RxE2 pharmacy-based operations
- Manages day-to-day operational tasks, as assigned
- Serves as an operational point of contact for assigned clinical studies utilizing RxE2 pharmacy services, ensuring completion of pharmacy-related tasks in alignment with timelines and process requirements
- Completes data entry and email correspondence in a timely manner
- Supports operational workflow related to training, documentation, and problem solving
- Works within the RxE2 platform to perform assigned tasks
- Tracks and documents pharmacy-related activities, escalates cases as necessary and ensures timely resolution of issues
- Supports RxE2 platform and process improvement initiatives related to pharmacy operations
- Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure that internal and external stakeholder needs are met and exceeded
- Complies with RxE2 SOPs and policies, as well as federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including GCP and HIPAA.
- Performs other duties as requested by the Pharmacy Services Director.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or healthcare-related discipline
Experience
- 2–4 years in clinical research, healthcare operations, pharmacy operations, or regulated environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
- Experience working in a technological environment preferred

- Remote collaboration: Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment, with proficiency in virtual communication tools and a proactive approach to staying connected with distributed teams
